3.2 We reserve the right to upgrade our gateway at any time, choosing the extent of services we provide at our own discretion. Service Availability 4.1 The overall percentage of gateway downtime measured at the datacentre router outlet shall not exceed five (5) percent per operating year (see 4.2).
